WEDDING DAY COORDINATION
You’ve decided to take on the task of organising and planning your wedding but need help pulling your ideas together and coordination on the day. This little number is perfect for you!
• 2-hours one-on-one time for wedding planning
• Access to our wedding planning book and preferred suppliers list - saving you time
• Coordination of your suppliers' setup / pack down
• Creation of a comprehensive wedding run sheet distributed to all parties involved
• Total of 6 hours wedding day coordination
You get help to 'kick start' your planning, and then to pull it all together towards the end. We meet at least 3 weeks prior to your wedding and get to know every little detail about your wedding. From this meeting, we step up, so you can relax, enjoying the remainder of your engagement. We ensure all your suppliers’ deliveries are on time and everything is setup as you had planned. We can setup any personal styling items on the day and even assist with making sure your bride tribe has perfect timing walking down the aisle. Whatever needs to be done so that your family and friends can enjoy the day, we are your ninjas in the background making sure your day goes exactly as you want it.

Loved them, so happy I picked them! Madeline was always reachable and was always ready to answer. She was on top of everything from the beginning and created a Pinterest board to share ideas via and created something beautiful to match my wedding.
